From M1 North

• Exit @ J22 - Leicester A50 1.2 miles roundabout take 2nd exit (A50)
• 0.6 miles roundabout continue on A50
• 2.7 miles large roundabout (A46 passes underneath). Take 3rd exit - Groby, Ratby (Leicester Road)
• Small roundabout take 1st exit - Ratby & Groby Cemetery (Sacheverell Way)
• Take 3rd turn on right Groby Road (approx 1.2 miles from roundabout)
• Over 3 humps in road, next right is Spinney Close
• After turning into Spinney Close, turn immediately left up private drive

From A46 East

• Exit A46 & A50 marked Groby, Coalville, Glenfield
• Take 2nd exit on roundabout - Groby, Ratby (Leicester Road)
• Small roundabout take 1st exit - Ratby, Grony Cemetery (Sacheverell Way)
• Take 3rd turn on right Groby Road (approx 1.2 miles from roundabout)
• Over 3 humps in road, next right is Spinney Close
• After turning into Spinney Close, turn immediately left up private drive

From M1 South

• Exit @ J21a M1 onto A46
• 1.9 miles exit A46 & A50 marked Groby, Coalville, Glenfield
• Take 4th exit on roundabout - Groby, Ratby (Leicester Road)
