Weekends and School Holidays are very popular, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Our charges are as follows:

Recommended Session

The 20min session is for Video only ie there will be no coaching or correction. For the best results a coaching & correction session is essential. Go for the longest session that your budget allows -nThe longer the session the more we can achieve!

A typical 120mins session can cover 1-2 strokes. Those on a tighter budget may wish to choose one of the shorter sessions. If you intend to view a second stroke the 90 & 120min sessions are a must!

Building a Programme

Swimmers may wish to book just one session with SwimTherapy or, depending on your medium/long term objectives, you may require a programme of sessions specifically tailored to meet your requirements (see rebooking discounts under charges). Please discuss the options with one of our experienced coaches.
