- Exit @ J22 - Leicester A50 1.2 miles roundabout take 2nd exit (A50)
- 0.6 miles roundabout continue on A50
- 2.7 miles large roundabout (A46 passes underneath). Take 3rd exit - Groby, Ratby (Leicester Road)
- Small roundabout take 1st exit - Ratby & Groby Cemetery (Sacheverell Way)
- Take 3rd turn on right Groby Road (approx 1.2 miles from roundabout)
- Over 3 humps in road, next right is Spinney Close
- After turning into Spinney Close, turn immediately left up private drive
From A46 East
- Exit A46 & A50 marked Groby, Coalville, Glenfield
- Take 2nd exit on roundabout - Groby, Ratby (Leicester Road)
