Swim Camp

For those that want to train whilst on holiday, we can offer the perfect solution in North Devon.

19th - 24th October 2008

Sessions:

Starting in 2008 SwimTherapy's Head Coach Nigel Kube will be taking a two hour training session 6 days a week during all Leicestershire school holidays. Sessions will be open to both swimmers and triathletes at all levels. Each session will include a good aerobic/anaerobic workout and a quality technique set.

Please note: There will be no videoing, these are coached sessions only.

Location:

Close to Woolacombe, Barnstaple and Ilfracome, the pool is located on the award winning Stowford Farm Camping and Caravan site see www.stowford.co.uk

Pool:

A recently refurbished 22m pool with anti wave lane ropes.

Session times:

These will be either 7-9am or 6 -8pm……details to be confirmed prior to each week of sessions.

Cost:

£18 for 3 sessions
£30 for 6 sessions

A maximum of 16 swimmers will be allowed in any one session.
